63mph in the left lane of a highway with 5 lanes with posted 65mph speed......that idiot woman had 4 other lanes she can go 63mph. And cops usually follow you for awhile, and as the citation said she refuse to move right which mean the cop been following her and she still refuse to move for the cop. If she going to bully the cop thinking the law protect her, at least she need to know the law. She deserve the ticket.
